Users can report suspected abuse or harmful behavior through our in-app reporting system. All reports are reviewed promptly by our Trust & Safety team, and appropriate action is taken.

3. Handling of CSAM

Suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is immediately removed. We retain related data securely and report such material to appropriate authorities or hotlines, including NCMEC in the U.S.

4. Legal Compliance

Nearby complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding child protection and mandatory reporting. Our practices align with Google Play's child safety policies.

We enforce this policy by banning violators, preserving relevant evidence, and cooperating fully with investigations. Repeat offenders and any user uploading or distributing CSAM are permanently removed from the platform.
