You can permanently delete your Nearby account at any time directly from within the app.
Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be removed from our systems. This action is irreversible.
How to delete your account
- Open the Nearby app.
- Go to My Profile → Name & Password.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice when prompted.
After confirmation, your account and all related data (including your name, email, and profile photo) will be permanently deleted from our servers.
We do not retain any personal data after account deletion, except where required by law (for example, for fraud prevention or compliance). Any retained data is securely stored and automatically deleted after the applicable retention period.
